Other Hoof Issues Kopertox Copper Spray Helps With:
Thrush
This Copper Spray dries the affected area and kills the thrush-causing bacteria effectively. It works by killing organisms that are susceptible to copper naphthenate, which is the active ingredient within this Copper Spray.. It can be applied to the affected hoofs with a brush, providing water-resistant protection without the need for bandaging.
While not a cure for abscesses, Copper Spray can be used once the abscess has been drained to dry and disinfect the area and prevent reinfection.
Cracked Heels or Heel Rot
In moist environments where bacteria can eat into the heel area, Copper Spray helps clean, treat, and protect the damaged tissue.
Preventative Use in Muddy Seasons
It can be used to prevent infections when conditions are muddy or wet by applying it to the frog or heel area to prevent bacteria from taking hold.

General Features Ringworm:
The various Tricophyta, which are the common cause of ringworm in animals, are fungi. Each ringworm scab is made up of millions of tiny spores. These infectious spores are so small and light that they can be carried for long distances by draughts or air currents and are so resistant that they can live on bare wood or brickwork for 6-12 months. Any treatment which involves ‘scrubbing off’ immediately liberates the spores and so spreads the infection.
Ringworm
Kopertox Copper Spray - sterilises the infectious spores while they are still on the animal.
Kopertox Copper Spray - prevents the spread of infection.
Kopertox’s oily base penetrates right into the scab area.
