Returns Policy

At Maneline Cambridge, we want you to be confident in your purchase. Please read the following Returns Policy carefully before requesting a return.

Returns Eligibility

We offer a 14-day return period from the date your order is received.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Be returned in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Be free from damage, marks, dirt, or signs of use
  • Include proof of purchase or order confirmation
  • Be in a resaleable condition

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return relates to:

  • A faulty product
  • A supplier error
  • An incorrectly supplied item
  • An approved warranty claim

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If a product is faulty, damaged, or does not meet the guarantees provided under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, we will provide an appropriate remedy which may include repair, replacement, store credit, or refund.

Fault claims must be reported as soon as reasonably possible after the fault is identified.

Change of Mind Returns

We may accept change-of-mind returns at our discretion, provided that:

  • The item meets all return eligibility conditions above
  • The return is requested within 14 days of receiving the order
  • The product is not excluded from return

Original shipping costs are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Order Discrepancies & Missing Items

Any discrepancies, shortages, incorrect items, or credit claims must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless required under the Consumer Guarantees Act, we do not accept returns on:

  • Used or damaged items
  • Special order or non-stocked items
  • Clearance or discounted products
  • Adhesives, glues, urethanes, acrylics, hoof-casting materials, supplements, or other temperature-sensitive products
  • Products that have been opened, contaminated, or are no longer in resaleable condition

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Excluded Products

Please note that we do not accept returns, exchanges or size swaps on the following products, unless an approved warranty claim applies:

  • Easy Care Cloud Boots, inc the Eva comfort pad insert.
  • Adhesives, glues, and two-part materials (including urethanes, acrylics, and similar products)
  • Hoof casts
  • Hoof supplements
  • Special requested orders or indent items
  • Products purchased on clearance, sale, discounted, bulk-buy, or trade pricing
  • Any other products identified by us as non-returnable

We reserve the right to assess and determine eligibility for all returns and warranty claims.
